Let’s Talk about the proposed zoning amendment for the vacant lot located at the corner of 114A Ave & 100 St. intended to facilitate the development of a gas station, propane sales, convenience store and car wash.
On November 13, 2018 Council gave 1st and 2nd Reading to the proposed bylaw, which can be found here.
A Public Hearing is scheduled for December 10, 2018 at 6:00pm in City Hall Council Chambers. This will be the next opportunity for you to voice your opinion on the proposed plan.
